About Us

Owner Nick Carlson started using computers when he was at a very young age. This included taking basic programming classes while only in the 3rd grade. He then went on to earn an college associate degree in CIS-Network Specialist as well as CIS-Help Desk Specialist. After college, Nick started working in the computer field performing servicing, programming and installation of Micros and Aloha POS Software.

A few years later, with over 30 new installs and 20 reprograms, Nick moved on to manage all technology and telecom for a company located in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Nick has continued his education by passing a Dale Carnegie course and obtaining Net+ and A+ CompTia certifications.

Some of his proudest moments include programming and installation for Kalahari Resorts in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin, as well as setting up a wireless network that broadcasts over a mile across a lake in northern Wisconsin.
